Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest is an annual nine day festival, that attracts over 700,000 visitors. The festival starts the Friday before the Canadian Thanksgiving, and runs until the Saturday after. It's known as a beer-based celebration, but other cultural and entertainment attractions also fill the week.
